You can log in to your personal customer account here. There you can view details of your booking (vehicle model, pick-up and drop-off times, etc.) as well as directly adjust the following topics and more.
- Adjust your times for pick-up and drop-off
- Retrieve/download all relevant documents of your booking
- Edit/Cancel your booking
- Edit and change driver data
- Upgrade your Protection Package
- Add equipment (bedding, bike rack, camping toilet, etc.)
- View your payments and pay directly
- Check the status of your deposit
- Claims Portal for reimbursement or compensation - you have time for that up to 7 days after your return.
- View mobility service provider number
- On the overview page you will find access to your personal Camper Tutorial in the top right-hand corner
You can conveniently and independently solve many issues within your customer account. Lea, our chat-based AI assistant, can answer your questions, but you will have to make any changes yourself; she cannot do that.
You cannot yet change the pick-up and drop-off station or the camper model yourself via your customer account. Please contact us via the contact section.
