Customer account - adjust times for pick-up and return

You can log in to your personal customer account here. There you can directly adjust your dates:

Up to 3 days before the start of your trip, you have the option to adjust your pick-up date. It is not possible to change the pick-up time at short notice (less than 72 hours), as we need the time to prepare the pick-up of your vehicle at the station.

You can change your return date up to 2 days (48 hours) before your return. If you cannot select your desired return time, your vehicle is already scheduled for the next rental and a later return is not possible.

If you would like to return your camper earlier and the change cannot be made in your customer account due to the 48-hour deadline, please contact us via the contact section.

Self-service

You can choose between free and paid slots. Prices vary dynamically according to demand and the time of year.

If you select a paid date, the cost will be shown on the right side of the page. If you are satisfied with your choice, click on "Book now" to make a binding reservation.

If you have chosen a chargeable appointment, there will be an open amount that you can settle through your payments.

If you change from a paid appointment to a free one, this is a partial cancellation and our cancellation conditions apply.

Please note that each time slot has a limit of available bookings. Once the slot is full, it is no longer possible to book for that date.
