Release of the deposit
The deposit is used to pay for any damages that may have occurred. Therefore, it will only be released after the damage inspection has been completed. Here you can find detailed information on how this works during the return: How does the return of my camper work?
Depending on the type of card used, the release process differs. See the details for each card type here: How do I pay the deposit?
In general:
- If no damage is found, the deposit will be immediately released after the completion of the incoming damage check (24 to 48 hours after return).

- In any case: The deposit will be released no later than 30 days after collection.
