Customer account - I´m having trouble logging in

If you're having trouble logging in to your customer account, here's a guide to fixing common problems.

With password Without password (via access link)

Check your entries:

  • Check that you have not made a typing error in your email address or your password.
  • Check that you are using the email address with which you completed your booking and to which you will receive emails from us, such as your booking confirmation.
  • If you haven't created a password yet, you can do so here.

Troubleshooting:

  • Clear your browser history: Go to your browser settings and delete the history and cookies. This can solve many common problems. Try to log in again.
