If you're having trouble logging in to your customer account, here's a guide to fixing common problems.
Check your entries:
- Check that you have not made a typing error in your email address or your password.
- Check that you are using the email address with which you completed your booking and to which you will receive emails from us, such as your booking confirmation.
- If you haven't created a password yet, you can do so here.
Troubleshooting:
- Clear your browser history: Go to your browser settings and delete the history and cookies. This can solve many common problems. Try to log in again.
You received the direct access link to your customer account in your booking confirmation. If you wish to request a new access link, you can do so here. Enter your booking number and the access link will be sent to the e-mail address on file.

- Check that you have entered your date of birth in the correct format. The format is shown in the empty entry field.
