When and how can I pay?

You have many free payment options to choose from during the booking process. We offer payment via credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Instant Bank Transfer. We also offer locally accepted payment methods (such as AMEX in the United States, iDeal in the Netherlands, and Cartes Bancaires in France).
If you book less than 7 days before departure, not all payment methods are available due to time constraints.

To ensure your roadsurfer is firmly reserved for you and nothing stands in the way of your dream holiday, payment is due at the time of booking. With roadsurfer Flex, we offer you the option to pay 50% of the price only 60 days before collection.

Remember to apply any possible codes or vouchers directly during the payment process, as this cannot be done afterwards!

Cancellation of your binding booking due to non-payment is at the discretion of roadsurfer.

Have you booked an extra, an upgrade of the Protection Package, or a paid appointment after making your payment?

You can simply pay the outstanding amount for this via your customer account. How does that work? Look here: Customer Account - Pay and see processed payments

Are you having problems paying?

If you repeatedly experience a technical problem when paying, please try the following:

  • check whether you have sufficient funds available
  • make sure that you are using the correct password/verification for the selected payment method
  • contact your payment method provider directly if you have trouble verifying
  • use a different payment method
  • use a different device or browser
  • If you have tried all of this, please get in touch with roadsurfer support via the Contact section. In the event of a technical error, information such as: device/browser used, screen recording or screenshots will help us.
