How do I use a voucher?

If you have a coupon or discount code, enter it into the "Voucher and Campaign discount Code" field at the top of step 4. confirm and pay. Then click on "Apply". After that, the coupon / discount code should also be visible on the right side of your booking overview.

Problems redeeming?

  • Would you like to redeem our loyalty discount from your Customer Account? Please make sure you use the same email address as your previous booking.
  • Discount/Promotion codes cannot be combined with each other, but gift/refund vouchers can, of course. 
  • Is your voucher still valid? Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Cancellation vouchers  are valid for 1 year.
    If the validity date is approaching, simply book - the trip can also take place outside the validity period of the voucher.
  • Did you forget to use a voucher?
    • As the booking has usually been fully paid, it is no longer possible to apply a voucher afterwards.
    • Please note that promotional vouchers must be entered during the booking process in the payment methods. A promotional code cannot be applied retrospectively to a booking that has already been made.
    • Value vouchers and gift vouchers can be applied retrospectively if there is an outstanding amount – – for example, if you book an additional extra, upgrade your Protection Package, or change to a paid Pick-up slot after the original booking and payment. To use your voucher for this, go to your customer account and apply the code when paying for the still open amount.

More interesting facts about vouchers

  • If you pay for a booking with a voucher, the total amount of the voucher is automatically deducted.
  • The amount is first deducted from the cost of the nights, then the applicable fees are added.
  • Percentage discounts are only deducted from the cost per night, not from extras or the Protection Package.
  • If the amount of the voucher is higher than the amount to be paid, the rest remains on the voucher and can be used for another booking until it is fully used up.
  • A voucher is always redeemed in full. You cannot choose to use only part of it.
  • If a booking paid for with a voucher is cancelled, the voucher amount will be credited back to the voucher.
  • Vouchers cannot be paid out or the validity extended.
  • Vouchers from a rebooking or cancellation are always issued in the currency in which the original booking was paid. These can only be redeemed in the countries where this currency is also offered. Only € is offered everywhere.
