The wildfires in the Bordeaux region are currently affecting operations at our Bordeaux station. Depending on how the situation develops, pick-ups and returns may be restricted or adjusted at short notice.
I need to return my camper
If your return was scheduled at our Bordeaux station, the following options are currently available:
Option A – Keep the vehicle for now
You may keep your vehicle temporarily. We will contact you with further instructions as soon as conditions allow a safe handover.
Option B – Return at another station
You can return your vehicle at one of the following roadsurfer stations:

What are my options if my upcoming pick-up is affected?
If your booking is impacted by the current restrictions, we can currently offer:
- Rescheduling to another travel date
- Rescheduling to another roadsurfer station
- A voucher for the full booking value

If you are currently located in an area affected by the wildfires:
- Follow all instructions from local authorities.
- Leave affected areas if instructed to do so.
- In an emergency, call 112.
