The basic equipment for your roadsurfer is distributed throughout the vehicle. If you want to know where to find them, take a look at the "What can I find where?" article for your vehicle.
During the Final Checks when picking up your campervan, you were asked to check your additionally booked & included equipment for completeness and confirmed this. A refund is not possible here, as you had the opportunity to obtain the missing equipment at the station.
