roadsurfer has no free kilometre limit and there is no extra charge for border crossings (but stay in the countries you are allowed to travel to). Feel free and drive as far as you can! This refers to the kilometres driven, you must of course pay for the fuel yourself and return your vehicle with a full tank. 🚌
