Which damages do I not need to have documented or reported at pick-up?

Scratches & dents smaller than 3 cm

✅ Scratches & dents smaller than 3cm → No documentation/reporting needed.

Examples:

❌ Scratches & dents bigger than 3cm → Ask our team to document it before signing the contract

Not sure about the size? You can ask our team for a paper ruler or use the widest part of a €2 coin or the silver ring on your roadsurfer key tag as a reference.
If it is smaller than the coin or ring, it is smaller than 3 cm.

Superficial scratches

✅ Fingernail does not catch → No documentation/reporting needed.

Example:

 

❌ Fingernail catches → Ask our team to document it before signing the contract

Stone chips smaller than 3 mm

✅ Stone chips smaller than 3mm → No documentation/reporting needed.

Example:

 

❌ Stone chips bigger than 3mm → Ask our team to document it before signing the contract

Wrapping damage (excluding missing wrapping)

✅ Only the foil is damaged → No documentation/reporting needed.

Example:

 

❌ Surface underneath is visible and the visible damage (e.g. scratch) is above 3cm → Ask our team to document it before signing the contract
