How long does the damage review and invoicing process take?

The damage review and invoicing process involves several steps to ensure everything is handled thoroughly and fairly:

  • Inspection: After your vehicle is returned, our team inspects it for any damage.
  • Assessment: If damage is found, a detailed assessment is carried out to determine the extent and cause.
  • Documentation: All findings are carefully documented, including photos and technical reports if needed.
  • Invoicing: Once the review is complete, an invoice is prepared and sent to you.

The duration of this process may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the availability of all necessary information and takes 5 to 14 working days. We will always keep you updated and inform you as soon as the review is completed and a final decision has been made.

Please note that you may not necessarily receive proactive information if we decide not to charge for the damage.
