Why am I still getting payment reminders after I objected to a damage invoice?

If you’ve disputed a damage invoice but continue to receive payment reminders, here’s what you need to know:

Objection Review Process

  • Once you submit an objection, your case enters a review process.
  • roadsurfer will confirm receipt of your objection and let you know the expected timeline for processing.

Automated Payment Reminders

  • Payment reminders may still be sent automatically by the system, even while your objection is under review.
  • These reminders do not mean your objection is being ignored.

No Collection Measures During Review

As long as your objection is actively being reviewed, no collection actions will be taken.

Reminder Fees

If any reminder fees are generated during the review period due to automated messages or longer processing times, these may be waived.
