Sometimes events beyond anyone's control, such as fire, flooding, severe storms, or official orders, can affect a booking. Here is what applies in these cases:
We cannot provide your camper
If force majeure (for example a fire at your pick-up station) makes it impossible for us to hand over your vehicle, we will contact you as soon as possible and first offer you an alternative: another vehicle, a nearby station, or new travel dates.
If none of these alternatives works for you, we will refund your rental payments in full.
Please note: costs beyond the rental price, such as travel expenses, accommodation, or a replacement holiday, are not reimbursed. You can find the details in Section 14 of our Terms & Conditions.
You cannot start your trip, but your station is operating
If an event on your side prevents you from reaching the station (for example a road closure or a cancelled connection), while your pick-up station is operating normally, the standard cancellation and rebooking conditions apply.
Please reach out as early as possible so we can check which rebooking options are available for your booking.
