If you still find yourself stuck in snow or sand, here are your options:

Call the roadsurfer mobility service provider
- You can contact our roadsurfer roadside assistance to get towed. You find the dedicated number in your Customer Account, section "Support on the Road".
- Please note: The cost will be at your own expense.

Call a local towing service
- You can contact a local roadside assistance or recovery service.
- Search for towing companies in your area for immediate help.

Contact ADAC or another automobile club
- If you are a member, they can often assist with towing or recovery.
Important: Any costs incurred for getting the vehicle unstuck or damages that were caused by the incident are the responsibility of the renter.
