The following applies to cleaning when returning your camper:
- Please clean the interior of your camper just as you received it. What you need to pay special attention to when cleaning your vehicle is described in detail in the return checklist in your customer account.
- If you return a heavily soiled camper and/or disregard prohibitions (unauthorized transport of animals without the corresponding booking and smoking in the vehicle), additional cleaning fees may apply.
- If applicable: Please empty the fresh water and gray water tanks, as well as the toilet cassette/tank properly.
If you are looking for a disposal station to empty wastewater and the toilet, check Google Maps or the info for your return station, where we have researched nearby disposal options for you. - If necessary, clean the windshield and bumper of heavy dirt. You will find free cleaning equipment at most gas stations. Please do not drive through a car wash, as this can damage the pop-up roof or the wrapping.
