The 29-day rental limit applies in Europe only. In North America, there is no maximum rental duration.
In Europe, whether you can rent for more than 29 days depends on where you live and where you pick up:

Vehicles in the second and third group are registered in Germany, which limits rentals to a maximum of 29 days.
