My roadsurfer has been stolen!

You come back to your car park and your roadsurfer is gone? Firstly, stay calm and check whether you are actually in the right place. If your roadsurfer has indeed disappeared, do the following:

• please contact the local police station immediately and report the theft
• • case number

• Support will then work with you to find options for continuing your journey or getting you home.

What about the costs?

Such a case is extremely annoying, but is of course not the responsibility of roadsurfer. Please understand that we cannot cover the costs for your onward journey and any personal belongings in the camper, as only damage to the vehicle is covered by the motor vehicle insurance.

If you have fulfilled your duty of care, you will of course not have to pay for the entire vehicle or the loss of the camper. Any potential costs will be individually reviewed by our damage department and may be charged up to the amount of your excess – depending on the selected Protection Package.
