🧾 Where can I find the accident report?

You can find the digital accident report in your customer account under "Support on the road". There you will be guided step by step through the form.

You will find the completed report in your emails and in your customer account under "Documents".

✅ What do I need to fill in?

The report asks for all the important information that we and the insurance company need to process the claim:

  1. When and where did the accident happen?
  2. Who was involved? (e.g. other vehicles or persons)
  3. What happened? (brief description)
  4. Photos of the damage (please upload directly)
  5. Was the police called? (including file number, if available)

Once you have filled out and submitted the report, you can no longer make any changes to it.

🚓 Do I have to call the police?

Yes, even if no other person or vehicle is involved, you must notify the police. This is important for further processing and insurance purposes. If the police do not want to come, report the accident to the nearest police station. 

🕐 When should I fill out the report?

Ideally immediately after the accident, while all the details are still fresh and any other parties involved are still at the scene. You can also fill out the report on your smartphone – right at the scene. However, the accident report must be completed and submitted no later than 48 hours after the accident.

❗ What if I can't complete the report?

If you have problems completing the report or cannot access your customer account, please contact our customer service team. We will help you and provide you with an alternative form if necessary.
