Each time slot allows a limited number of pickups and returns. Once that limit is reached, the slot is no longer available to book.
There is also a deadline for making changes to your pickup/return time. See below for a detailed description.

When can I still make changes?
Pick-up time: Changes must be made at least 2 full days before your pick-up date. The pick-up day itself does not count.
Example: pick-up on the 15th → last change possible on the 12th at 23:59.
Return time: Changes must be made at least 1 full day before your return date. The return day itself does not count.
Example: return on the 15th → last change possible on the 13th at 23:59.
Once these deadlines have passed, your booked time slot is fixed. If you arrive earlier or later than scheduled, we cannot guarantee an earlier handover or return — you may need to wait for your originally booked time.
Choosing a time slot (free vs paid)
You can choose between free and paid slots. Prices vary dynamically according to demand and the time of year.
If you select a paid time slot, the cost will be shown on the right side of the page. If you are satisfied with your choice, click on "Book now" to make a binding reservation.
If you have chosen a chargeable appointment, there will be an open amount that you can settle through your payments.
If you change from a paid appointment to a free one, this is a partial cancellation and our cancellation conditions apply.
