In short, yes. If you have booked the campervan, you are our first point of contact and must appear in person to collect it and sign the rental contract. Additional drivers do not have to be present in person at the pick-up, but their documents must also be checked on site. It is therefore essential that you bring the ID and driver's license of the additional drivers with you to the pick-up.
The return can also be done by any other person registered as a driver.
