Your pick-up pass is your digital “ticket” that you need to pick up your camper from us. You will find it in your customer account as soon as you have successfully completed the online check-in. At the beginning it is still inactive.
📍 On the day of your pick-up:
Once you arrive at your pick-up station, you need to activate your pick-up pass in your customer account on site. This is easy to do – you can use the following options to log into your customer account:
- Scan the QR code on the banner next to our Welcome Point
or - Click on the button in the email you receive from us one day before your pick-up.
After that, you can complete the activation of your pick-up pass directly in your customer account.
✅ Why do I need to activate my pick-up pass?
By activating it, you let our station team know that you are ready for your documents to be verified and that they can come to you. As soon as it is your turn, someone from our team will come to you and check your documents with you. Until then, feel free to make yourself comfortable in our waiting area.
