I have forgotten something in my Roadsurfer (lost and found)

Have you noticed that you've forgotten something in your Roadsurfer and you're not far from your drop-off point? Then it's best to drive back so that we can look for your things straight away.

If you notice that you have forgotten something in your vehicle after you have returned your Roadsurfer, please contact us using the contact form. Tell us exactly what you have forgotten and where it is probably in your vehicle. Also make sure that you give us the booking number so that we can look in the right vehicle for you.

We will forward your enquiry to the station, which will contact you directly to let you know whether your items have been found.

  • If you live near the station, you are welcome to collect your items on site during opening hours once you have received confirmation.
  • If you live further away, we can also send your items to you if you send a completed and prepaid parcel label with collection service to our station. You can create this online with a shipping service provider, download it as a PDF file and forward it to the station.
Please note: If it's been a while since your trip, we may not be able to find your items in the car. Our campers usually go on tour again quickly with the next roadie. So if we have not found your belongings when cleaning, we cannot guarantee that they will be found.
