The roof bed in the Family Freedom is fixed, you just need to get the ladder from the closet next to the bathroom:
It is a telescopic ladder - unfold it by pulling each step up, until it locks.
Hang the ladder in the eyelets provided to climb up to the bed:
To fold the ladder again for storage, pull the black knobs on both sides at the same time. Be careful where you place your hands, as the ladder folds quickly and you might pinch your fingers.
