💧 Water tap and sink - Camper Castle (LMC Tourer Lift)

The taps in the kitchen and bathroom work with water from the fresh water tank. Make sure you have enough water in the tank. A pump that runs without water can break down!
You can check the fill levels of both tanks in the on-board computer:

To activate the water pump, go to the on-board computer, press the black rotary knob, turn it until the water tap symbol lights up and press the black rotary knob.

Now simply open the tap to let the water flow.

In the kitchen, you must first remove the wooden cover from the sink and turn the tap over the sink.

When you no longer need water, switch the pump off again. A pump that is constantly running could break down.

The used water flows into the waste water tank. Remember to empty the grey water tank when the on-board unit indicates that it is full.

If you want to rinse hot, see here how to do it.

Please note the following

  • The sink is not suitable for washing off large food residues, as this can cause unpleasant odours. Additionally, the drain can become easily blocked.
  • Close the taps carefully to ensure the pump does not run continuously.
  • If unpleasant odours develop, empty the waste water tank more frequently and rinse with bicarbonate of soda and a little vinegar or a biodegradable drain cleaner.
