Customer Account - edit, extend or cancel your booking

You can log in to your personal customer account here. There you can directly adjust your booking:

To edit the duration of your trip or move it to another date altogether, select "edit booking":

If the price for your booking changes, you will see an overview on the right-hand side. If you are sure about the dates, click on "Book now".

  • If an extension is not offered, your camper is probably already booked for the next rental after you. You can contact us via the contact section – perhaps we can move the following booking to another vehicle. 
  • If you shorten your booking, this counts as a partial cancellation and the same rules apply as for a cancellation. In the overview, you will see whether you will be refunded credit or if it will be retained as a cancellation fee.
    If you are already on the road, you can no longer shorten your booking. 

Do you want to change your station?

Unfortunately, this is not yet possible via your customer account. If your camper is available at the desired station, our support team will be happy to change it for you – please contact us via the Contact section and select "I have an existing booking > I have not picked up my van yet > I would like to make adjustments to my booking > I would like to change my pick-up station".

Cancel booking

To cancel your booking, select the "Cancel booking" option in the menu. You will be redirected to the cancellation page, where the cancellation process is explained again. If you selected the "Flex" cancellation option when booking, you will now benefit from more flexibility when cancelling.

Click on "Cancel booking" if you are sure you want to cancel – this cannot be undone.

After the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be made to the payment method you used, if applicable. Please note that if you paid by voucher, the refund will also be credited back to the voucher and not paid out in cash.
