๐Ÿ”Œ Sockets & ๐Ÿ’ก Lights / Electricity - Camper Cabin (Ford Nugget).

To ensure that all 12V electronic devices work without external power, the camping battery voltage should never fall below 12V (50%).

The light in the Camper Cabin works via the camper battery. The battery must be sufficiently charged for operation.

Keep in mind that the 230V outlets (max. power consumption of 2000 watts) only work when you are connected to an external electricity source.  USB and 12V (max. power consumption of 90 watts) sockets work when the car is parked, but DO NOT leave anything plugged in the cockpit area, as this will drain the starter battery!

There is a slight difference between the Camper Cabin models, so check which one you are driving and then, select the correct instructions from the drop down menus:

Light switches:

Main light switch:

  • Next to the slidding door:

    1 - Kitchen & living area lights (ON/OFF)
    2 - Dim kitchen lights
    3 - Dim living area lights

Via the board computer:

  1. Press on the screen to activate the board computer.
  2. All lights can be switched on and off individually on the home screen:

  3. Tap the widget icon and then tap โ€œLightsโ€ for even more precise light settings:

  4. Select which light would you like to modify:

    1 - Turn light on/off
    2 - Activate color settings 
    3 - Choose color
    4 - Select brightness
    5 - Copy the current setting to all lights
  5. Press on the arrow on the right for more lights:

Roof:

  • There are lights on both the driver's and passenger's sides of the pop-up roof. These can be switched on by touching the rear:

Trunk:

  • There are lamps on the driver and passenger side of the tailgate which can be activated by touching them. You can also adjust the angle of the lamp:

Sockets:

  • There is an induction charging pad above the on-board computer:strom.jpg
