🔄How to reset the BMPro control panel - Couple Condo (Thor Tellaro 20L/Thor Dazzle 2LB)

Your main panel (BMPro) shows that it is not connected?
This can happen when it is losing the Bluetooth connection and disconnects from the controls of the vehicle.

To reconnect the panel, you need to reset it. This is how:

1. Go into the settings by clicking the cog in the far upper right corner at the main screen of your panel:
   
2. Select the Bluetooth connection to get the Bluetooth pairing screen:
   
3. Unpair the panel:
   
4. Repair the Bluetooth to get the controls working again: Follow the instructions on the screen to pair the device. 
   Hit the right arrow until you see PA appear:
   
5. Hit “Next” on the screen and then press the EXT button to connect:
   

It might take up to 1 minute for the system to reconnect. Your control panel should now be working again.
