There is a slight difference between the Camper Cabin models, so check which one you are driving and then, select the correct instructions from the drop down menus:

  1. Press the black button to enter the main menu.
  2. Scroll the wheel until you reach the snowflake icon and select pressing the black button again.
  3. Use the up and down arrows to turn on the refrigerator and select the temperature:_0037_47

Be a little patient 🥰

Please be aware that it may take a few hours until the fridge is fully cooled down! The warmer the environment is and the more food you put in, the longer it may take.

You can speed up the cooling process by:

  • putting food in, that already comes from a fridge
  • adding cool-packs/ice-packs

Troubleshooting

If the fridge of the Camper Cabin (Ford Nugget) is not working, here are some tips that might help:

  • Turn on the fridge using the board computer. Check the car has enough camping battery.
  • Let it cool down until the desire temperature is reached. This could take up to 30 minutes.
  • Don´t fill it up completely, otherwise this process witll take longer.
  • To reset the fridge, follow these instructions (not available for the models with the drawer fridge):

Before any fuse is pulled, following safety measures is required:

  1. Turn off the engine and remove the key from the contact.
  2. Unplug the car from any external power supply.
  3. Pull carefully on the fuse by pulling from the sides.
  4. A damaged fuse can be burnt or have the connector broken (see picture). If so, please replace it. You can find them at petrol stations and hardware stores.
  1. Switch off the main power using the big red switch.
  2. Move the circuit breaker down to the "off" position.
  3. Remove the plastic cover of the fuses.
  4. Pull carefully from the fuses:
    • If your camper unit is at the rear, remove the third fuse from the top, in the picture is a blue 15A fuse:

    • If your unit is in the front, remove the sixth fuse starting from the left , in the picture is a blue 15A fuse:

    • The model with the drawer fridge DOES NOT have accessible fuses.
  5.  If the fuse is damaged, replace it for one with the same amperage. In not, insert it back in the same place and position and restart the electricity flow. Drive with the car for a bit to complete the full reset.

The fridge should now work again. If not, please contact our support team for further help.
