If the boot lid of the Surfer Suite cannot be opened, please press the middle button on the vehicle key for a few seconds:
If this does not help, the sensor may be defective. Here is a trick to open the door anyway:
Move your hand all the way to the right on the boot lid (handle), but do not pull the lever here, instead push it upwards with your fingers. In many cases, the door can still be opened in this way.
