The following generally applies to cleaning when returning your camper:
- Please clean the interior of your camper exactly as you found it. The return checklist in your customer account describes in detail what you should pay particular attention to when cleaning your vehicle.
- If the interior is returned in a very dirty condition and/or in case of non-compliance with prohibitions (unauthorized transportation of animals without the corresponding booking and smoking in the vehicle), additional cleaning fees may apply. - Please empty the fresh water and gray water tanks and the toilet cassette according to your vehicles requirements. - Please clean the windshield if it is very dirty. Please do not drive through an automatic car wash, as this can damage the pop-up roof or the wrapping.
