There is a small difference between the Camper Cabin models, so check which one you are driving and then select the correct instructions from the dropdown menus:
Fresh water
Fill the water tank (42 l) from the outside using a garden hose or the supplied water canister with filling hose. Use the medium-sized key to open the tank cap. The opening is located on the driver's side at the rear of the vehicle and is marked “Wasser/Water”.
You can find the video explanation here:
Make sure that the water tank drain is closed, as it may have been left open after the last rental. You will find the lever in the cupboard under the fridge. To reach it, proceed as follows:
- Open the fridge far enough so that you can reach into the door below to open it:
- At the bottom you will find a green lever that you can use to completely close (as shown in the picture) or open the fresh water tank:
Attention! Fresh water is not drinking water!
Grey water
To empty the grey water tank in the Camper Cabin, look for the drain lever, which is located at the rear under the vehicle:
If the lever is in line with the drain pipe, the grey water tank is open. If the lever points towards the wheel, the grey water tank is closed (see picture above).
Fresh water
Fill the water tank (42 l) from the outside using a garden hose or the supplied water container with filling hose. Use the medium-sized key to open the tank cap. The opening is on the driver's side at the rear of the vehicle and is marked “Wasser”.
Make sure that the water tank drain is closed, as it may have been left open after the last rental. The lever for draining the fresh water is located in the kitchen cupboard on the right side.
You can check the water level on the camping display by pressing the first button at the bottom of the screen. Two bars will light up and show what percentage of the water tank is full. To switch on the water pump, press the tap symbol on the screen:

You can check the water level at the camping unit at the front by pressing the large black button once to access the main menu. Use the wheel to scroll through the menu until you reach the symbol with the water tank (second symbol at the top). Press the black button again to select. Two images will be displayed:
The first, with the opening facing upwards, is the fresh water tank. The second, with the opening facing downwards, is the waste water tank. The water level is shown by bars. When the tanks are full, they are full of bars. If the waste water tank is full, you will also see a warning sign on the camping display.
If necessary, switch on the water pump to draw water. This is located behind the rear seat bench under the cooker on the vehicle wall (black rocker switch I and 0).

Troubleshooting
Water leaking under the vehicle
If water is leaking under the vehicle, check that all levers on both tanks are closed. The lever for emptying the waste water tank is located in the corridor next to the kitchen unit, the lever for emptying the fresh water tank is in the kitchen cupboard on the right side. You can find pictures in the instructions at the beginning of this article.
Another cause of water leaking from the vehicle may be the white lever next to the water tank lever (on models with a drawer fridge you will find it in the cupboard, marked in the picture). The white lever empties the water tank down to 10 litres to reduce the weight for driving.
Alternatively, some models also have an additional lever on the wall of the same cupboard as the other two levers. Make sure all levers are properly closed:
No water flows
If no water comes out of the shower or the kitchen in the motorhome, check whether the water tank is full and switch on the pump.
There should be at least 20 litres of water in the solvent tank so that the pump is completely covered and filled with water, so that it automatically unlocks after running dry!
If there is still no water, try the following:
- Make sure the main switch is on.
- (on campers with the drawer fridge there is no main battery switch)
- Turn on the shower and the tap in the kitchen at the same time. This will release any air trapped in the pipes.
- Check that the pump is under water and all hoses are connected. The water tank is located next to the gas bottle under the kitchen unit. To reach it, open the white lid:
- If everything seems to be in order, a fuse may be defective:
Before any fuse is pulled, following safety measures is required:
- Turn off the engine and remove the key from the contact.
- Unplug the car from any external power supply.
- Pull carefully on the fuse by pulling from the sides.
- A damaged fuse can be burnt or have the connector broken (see picture). If so, please replace it. You can find them at petrol stations and hardware stores.
- If your Camper Display is at the rear, the fuse you are looking for is the 10A fuse, the second from the top:
- If your Camper Display is at the front, the fuse you are looking for is the 10A fuse, the third from the left.
- The model with the drawer fridge has NO accessible fuses.
The water pump should now work again. If not, contact our support team for further assistance.
