Rebook
Your perks with roadsurfer: If you want to change your booking, this is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. You will not be charged any rebooking fees. The currently valid prices are always charged for the rebooking. Only if the price for the rebooking is lower, will a rebooking fee be charged on the excess amount paid:
If you change your booking more than 60 days before departure, we will refund the overpaid amount in full.
If you change your booking 59 days to 48 hours before departure, the following conditions apply:
- With roadsurfer Flex-Option: If you chose the roadsurfer Flex Option when booking, we will issue you with a voucher for the overpaid amount.
- Without roadsurfer Flex-Option: If you did not book the roadsurfer Flex-Option, we will charge 50% of the overpaid amount as a rebooking fee and issue you with a voucher for the other 50%.
Cancellation
If you cancel up to 60 days before the 1st rental day, you cancel free of charge.
If you want to cancel 59 days to 48 hours before departure, we charge 50% of the total price as a cancellation fee and issue you a voucher for the other 50%.
If you have chosen the roadsurfer Flex option when booking, we will issue you a voucher for the total amount if you cancel 59 days to 48 hours before departure.
