In Sweden tolls are charged for driving on some roads and for some bridges. In Gothenburg and Stockholm, a city toll is also charged at certain times.
How to pay?
The toll is paid via the electronical toll collection (ETC) system EPASS24 using the toll-by-plate-method. Therefore, the license plate is scanned when entering and exiting a toll route and the amount viewable online. The toll can be paid directly via the registered account online. When creating your account, make sure you click on ‘Rental’. You can then simply specify the rental period:
NOTE: If the toll is not paid, the bill will be sent to roadsurfer and then charged to you including penalties and fees.
