Freshwater tank
For hygienic reasons, the freshwater tank is always handed over empty. The freshwater tank (100 L) is located on the passenger side and filled from the outside. It serves the washbasin, toilet and indoor/outdoor shower. To open it, you need the medium-sized key. Insert the key into the tank lock and turn it to open. Press the tank cap while turning it to release it:
The freshwater tank can be filled using a canister with an attachment or a hose. Please make sure that the freshwater and wastewater tanks are closed. They may still be open from the previous rental.
To empty/open or close the solution tank, turn the green lever vertically to open and horizontally to close. The lever is found behind the small flap compartment in the trunk area on the right-hand side. Carefully lift the board and take it off:
Caution: Freshwater is not drinking water!
Water level
You can see the water levels in the on-board computer. When pressing the water tank symbol the scale will light up with the level of water available:
Wastewater
The wastewater tank (90L) is located under the camper on the driver's side. To open the wastewater tank, turn the black lever vertically and let the water out. Make sure you only empty the wastewater tank in dedicated stations for this. Never empty the wastewater in nature.

Troubleshooting
Water leaking under the vehicle
If water is leaking from under the vehicle, this may be due to various causes:
- Check that the levers of both tanks are closed.
- The cold protection valve may be open. The valve is located behind the flap compartment under the back seat:
The cold protection (or anti freeze) valve automatically drains the boiler when there is a risk of frost. This prevents the drain from freezing.
The system measures the temperature inside the van. As soon as it is around 3 degrees or lower the system is activated and lets all the water that was in the boiler and the fresh water tank out. To deactivate the system, the room temperature has to be a least 7 degrees, otherwise the blue button will jump out again.
To ensure that the water supply continues to function and the valve is switched on, the blue lever must be turned clockwise and then the blue button must be pressed in.
No water flows
If you turn on the tap but no water flows, this can have several reasons:
- First, check the water level on the on-board computer to see whether the freshwater tank is sufficiently full.
There should be at least 20 liters of water in the fresh water tank so that the pump is completely covered with water and filled so that it automatically unlocks after running dry! - The fuse of the water pump or the tank sensors may be damaged.
Before any fuse is pulled, following safety measures is required:
- Turn off the engine and remove the key from the contact.
- Unplug the car from any external power supply.
- Pull carefully on the fuse by pulling from the sides.
- A damaged fuse can be burnt or have the connector broken (see picture). If so, please replace it. You can find them at petrol stations and hardware stores.
The fuses are located under the bed mattress on the driver's side under the flip cover.
The fuse you are looking for is a 10A fuse and is the second from the left. Underneath it is marked with the symbol of a watertap:
To do a complete reset of the system, drive the car a couple of meters and then try the water pump again.
If the water pump does not activate when you turn on the tap (ATTENTION only for vehicles without a separate water pump button), the micro-switch on the tap lever is probably defective.
To still put the water pump in the ready state, follow these steps:
- Test the other tap (e.g. kitchen or bathroom).
- If another tap works, open it just a little so that you can hear the water pump, but no water flows.
- Now open the tap with the defective micro switch. The water should now run.
Attention: Don't forget to close both taps completely afterwards!
